Community Engagement
Falcon is proud to be located on the traditional, unceded territories of the Lheidli T'enneh First Nation. We honor their rich history, culture, and ongoing connection to this land.
Over the years, Falcon has successfully worked alongside several Indigenous communities on culturally sensitive work sites throughout Western Canada and the Northwest Territories. Our mission has always been to collaborate with local Indigenous communities to create fair agreements that provide socio-economic benefits well beyond the scope of any single project. These partnerships have been integral to our growth and success over the past 3 decades.
Our projects place us at the heart of many First Nations communities, and we are committed to fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our Indigenous workforce. We collaborate closely with First Nations partners to enhance our workforce through education and training programs, including on-site training, trade certifications, and industry-required tickets. Our focus is on building long-term community development, aligning our business practices, strategies, and initiatives with the goals of the communities we serve. In doing so, we strive to build strong, trusting relationships, foster cultural understanding to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
