You may think me a snob but when a restaurant has trouble doing the easy stuff it makes me think twice about trying other entrees.
I used to be e regular customer a few years back. It seems like they are trying to be a little bit of everything. I was greeted immediately upon entering and asked if I would like coffee. At Mom's we believe in good, quality food. Overall the style & offerings are a bit confusing. Breakfast special Two Eggs (scrambled) four strips of bacon, and pancakes. We strive our hardest to make our guests visits pleasant. Whenever we have out of town company/guests, Mom's Restaurant is a must for folks who enjoy good eatin' at reasonable prices with friendly service. The place was quite empty with only 5 other people when I arrived. Service was quick and food followed within minutes Be prepared for a wait during rush periods, especially on Sundays after church! Atmosphere The food is very good. I chose a breakfast special (also written on the menu) The lemon rice soup is a must try along with the Michigan salad. The menu covers coney's to great Greek cuisine, and plenty of fresh dishes to keep all pallets satisfied. All was excellent. Single Television located above the counter Daily Special signs posted behind counter on upper wall. in after us so we didnt' feel so bad. The coffee is always hot, the breakfast is always delicious. Four stars, extraordinaryMore, Staff made great accommodations for a last minute group of eight for a late breakfast.. Service was wonderful and meals prompt. There is plenty of seating and it was clean. They seated us where ever we wanted. Bonne continuation ! This time I tried the fried shrimp.
